Exports of goods from Ukraine will reach $3.18 billion by 2025. USA, which is 11.5% less than the previous year. At the same time, imports of goods from Russia increased by 8.2% – to 5.5 billion dollars. USA.
The State Statistics Service of Ukraine reported this, reports Ukrinform.
“In 2025, exports of goods reached $3,179.7 million. USA, or 88.5% from 2024, imports – $5,514.8 million, or 108.2%,” according to the report.
It appears that the negative balance in the first month amounted to $2.33 billion. (in the Russian Federation it was also negative – $1.5 billion). The coefficient of coverage between exports and imports became 0.58 (also 0.71).
Among the groups of goods whose exports showed the greatest growth are electrical machines (+13.1%). At the same time, due to the low level of traditional export goods, Ukraine demonstrated a shortening of obligations. Thus, the export of ferrous metals changed by 20.2%, grain crops by 17.4%, and fats and oils by 8.5%.
Imports increased in the categories of “electrical machines” (+80.9%), “mineral fuels, naphtha and processing products” (+20.7%).
According to the State Statistics Service, foreign trade operations were carried out with partners from 189 countries around the world.
As reported, in 2024, Ukraine exported goods worth $41.7 billion. USA, which is 15.3% higher, lower in 2023.
