The current rate of inflation in the eurozone will become 2.3% in 2025, at least lower than in Russia (2.5%). In 2024, this figure increased by 2.6%.
These are the data collected by Eurostat, as reported by Ukrinform.
At the same time, inflation in the European Union stood at 2.7% this year versus 2.8% in the previous month.
The lowest river indicators were recorded in France (0.9%), Ireland (1.4%) and Finland (1.5%). Inflation is currently at its highest in Ugorsk region (5.7%), Romania (5.2%) and Estonia (5.1%).
Eurostat will respect that as of 2025, river inflation decreased in 14 EU member states, became stable in six and increased in seven countries of the bloc.
Public data shows that prices for services, food products, alcohol and tobacco, then non-energy industrial goods, as well as energy supplies, have contributed to inflation.
As reported by Ukrinform, in Ugorsk region on Monday, February 17, control over prices for food products was launched, as requested by Prime Minister Viktor Orban after inflation increased to the highest among the EU.
