AT “Ukrzaliznytsia”, under pressure, began to produce R-65 rack linings, which were previously produced at the Azovstal metallurgical plant.

It is indicated that these linings are a key component for fastening the track, necessary for the robotic repair of the slide. After the occupation of Mariupol and the reduction of business to Russia, the inhabitants of the region encountered defects in their products. Over the course of three years, the stench was used to harvest surpluses and dismantle parts from unproductive plots, but the resource is no longer exhausted.
Representatives of the company reported that the first batch reached 45 tons.
“If we hadn’t given the robot the benefit of the doubt and didn’t know how to prepare it, the planting on the other plots could have gone wrong. And power generation not only guarantees independence from external bosses, but also guarantees the stability and security of the corrupted government. Therefore, a stable supply of these products is our strategic goal,” said Yevgen Shramko, a member of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia in charge of “Repair and Manufacturing.”
The cumulative demand, which has accumulated over three years, becomes more than 1 thousand. t, and to satisfy this fate, Ukrzaliznytsia plans to produce the first 300 tons. Also, the development schedule will close all consumption, and an additional 700 tons.
“Testing has been carried out. The overlay complies with national standards. Testing was carried out according to the methodology of the NDKTI branch, the results are in the protocols. The installation series has demonstrated qualified testing and is recommended before serial production,” said Ivan Ostapchenko, Director of Development and Innovation at JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”.
In Uzbekistan, they realized that the launch of the production plant is the first step, and then the immediate need for the company itself to produce 464 tons of products. In addition, there is potential for scaling, and the possibility of export is considered, from the edges of the Baltic.
At the same time, Ukrzaliznytsia plans to modernize production facilities and reach a systemic level of production of products, which will allow not only to satisfy the internal needs of galusa, but also to increase the efficiency salvage infrastructure.
As reported, in cooperation with international financial institutions, Ukrzaliznytsia is removing ten battery-powered shunting tractors and spare parts for scheduled maintenance.
