This was reported by the First Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko, shortly before speaking at the First Forum of Affordable Mortgages in Ukraine, reports Ukrinform sent to Ministry of Economy.
“This year is one of the most popular programs of the “Produced in Ukraine” policy. Finally, over the 9 months of 2024, the production of nutritious products increased by 23% compared to 2023. However, there may not be the greatest multiplying effect among all the “Made in Ukraine” programs – every hryvnia invested in the program turns into 2.6 hryvnia investments. We believe that Oselya has also contributed to the detinization market, and even if the forgetter wants to work in the program, then she can only work in “white,” said Sviridenko.

“Over 2.5 million households suffered. Expenses at the cost level amounted to 83.7 billion dollars. Add to this the complete decline of non-energy efficient apartment buildings and we will understand why the Osel affordable mortgage program has become so popular among Ukrainians,” said Sviridenko.
The administration realized that in 2024-2025, 98% of mortgage loans in Ukraine were issued for the Euro. It became the most successful government mortgage program in the history of Ukraine. As a result, in 2.5 years, 16 thousand homelands became the rulers of the rich life. The state invested a total of 26 billion hryvnia in the program.
“With the increase in investment in programs, financing also naturally increased. Since at the start we received 500 million hryvnias, we immediately ended up with 18 billion hryvnias per river, and I have decided that the positive dynamics will be preserved. We have increased the emphasis on the primary market, or even more stimulate the daily life. And the results are also important: if in 2024 the share of mortgages in Novobudovo became 32.9%, then today it is 52.6%. There are 98 forgotten lives available on the market,” Sviridenko said.
The region is developing the mortgage market to provide Ukrainians with housing and stimulate economic growth.
“Our goal is to create a great ecosystem that will become the driver of development. “We welcome the emergence of new jobs, the growth of supply sources and the development of the daily life,” added the first deputy prime minister.
As it was reported, the Osel program is one of the warehouse policies “Grown in Ukraine”, which is aimed at stimulating consumption of Ukrainian products and at the same time creating sympathetic minds for the development of production. The program started in 2022.
Military and law enforcement officers, doctors, teachers, scientists and members of their families can withdraw loans at a preferential rate of 3%, for participants in combat operations, veterans, military personnel and other citizens without a living rate Mortgages will become 7%.
