In the current year of 2025, the need to pay for land to local budgets was over UAH 6.6 billion, which is 13% more than in the same period last year.
The State Tax Service informs about this, Ukrinform reports.
It is noted that tax payers directly transferred to local budgets 0.75 billion UAH more than the funds for the development of communities, at least in the final period of 2024, when the expenditure amounted to 5.85 billion UAH.
The largest part of the income – 90% or a maximum of 5.97 billion UAH – was secured by legal entities. The price is 12.69% or UAH 0.67 billion higher, lower than the current period.
These individuals paid 0.63 billion UAH, which is indicative of a similar figure for the same period of the recent crisis.
The leaders in tax payments were the Dnipropetrovsk region (1.16 billion UAH), the city of Kiev (1.01 billion UAH) and the Lviv region (461.61 million UAH).
As reported by Ukrinform, in Ukraine, communities declared 16 million UAH in taxes for the lease of the mine for 2024 before payment.
