The state electronic trading system Prozorro.Sales has announced auctions of the great privatization of JSC “Sumikhimprom” and JSC “Budivelna company “Ukrbud”.
The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine reports this, Ukrinform reports.
It is indicated that the auction for the privatization of Sumikhimprom will be held on the 11th of June, and the auction for the sale of Ukrbud is scheduled for the 18th of June 2025.
The price for Sumikhimprom at the auction starts at ₴1.2 billion. The enterprise is located near Sumy and is engaged in the production of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds. By the end of 2024, the company will have debts worth over ₴3.4 billion.
Pochatkova's project “Ukrbud” will cost ₴262.6 million. The company is located in the capital and is engaged in the maintenance of residential and non-residential facilities. At the end of 2024, the company has a small investment amounting to approximately ₴8.5 million.
The minds of the sale of both enterprises are the repayment of funds from wages to the budget over the course of six months, the saving of basic types of activities, the protection of the salaries of workers over the course of the year and the direct transfer to state budget dividends for 2024
The new owner of Sumikhimprom can also pay the debt to the Pension Fund and invest at least 150 million in the modernization of the enterprise.
As it was reported, the first electronic auctions of the great privatization took place in the spring of 2024. As a result, there were three successful auctions totaling over ₴8.3 billion.
