The National Bank of Ukraine has decided not to continue the regulatory fee in the amount of UAH 150,000 per month for transferring physical characteristics “from card to card.”

The regulator noted that the implementation of the exchange stimulated the development of complex solutions aimed at minimizing the use of the payment infrastructure in illegal activities.
