Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney understands that Donald Trump does not intend to indulge in a trade war that is against the whole world.
As an Ukrinform correspondent reports, the head of the Canadian government arrived at this idea while commenting on the United States’ export of imported goods from most countries of the world.
“Respecting the potential harm of the powerful people, the US administration would soon have to reconsider its actions, otherwise I do not want to give false hope. The President (Trump – ed.) changes in what can be done best for the American economy and “I want to harm the American homeland until it becomes impossible to ignore it, I don’t think they should change it directly,” Carney said.
On the next step, “there is a long way ahead that will be difficult for Canadians and other US partners.”
“We benefit from complicated elections and sacrifices,” said the Prime Minister of Canada.
As reported by Ukrinform, Donald Trump voted for the introduction of large-scale tariffs for trading partners of the United States, calling it “Day of Liberation” for America.
Wanting this new money to not be extended to Canada, the head of the White House previously sent 25% of the money for imported cars and parts to them, which she mirrored.
