The Prozorro.Sales system has produced 35 online auctions for the subrenting of sovereign lands under the Land Bank program in the amount of UAH 32.7 million (+ UAH 6.5 million MDV).
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food reports this, Ukrinform reports.
Lots of bulls are presented in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Lviv and Mykolayiv regions. The area of the presented lands is 2463.7 hectares.
The total number of proposals from participants is 132. The average value of subrent for 1 hectare is 13,261 UAH. The increase in productivity of dry land plots increased by 3.4 times.
The largest and most expensive lot this year is a plot of land in Sumy region with an area of 85 hectares. 9 participants competed for her. As a result of Pochatkov, the rate increased to UAH 3 million. The price per hectare of the plot reached 35,294 UAH.
“The land bank is on the offensive now, demonstrating the effectiveness of its mechanism and ensuring stable availability for the security powers, and for farmers – access to clear land resources,” said the Minister of Agrarian Policy and food Vitaliy Koval.
As it was reported, for the period of January 1, 2024, the Prozorro.Sales system held 506 online auctions of subordination of sovereign rural lands with an area of 35,235 hectares in 17 regions Ukraine. Following the results of 271, sublease agreements were concluded for land plots with an area of 20,521 hectares. UAH 584.9 million with the established MDV was paid for the right to acquire the sovereign's rural lands within the framework of the Land Bank project.
