ARMA rejected the assessment of the first 11 assets of the Russian General Kapashin

The National Agency, out of response to Asset Management (ARMA), rejected as an independent assessment the recovery of part of the arrested mine of the Russian general Valery Kapashin near Poltava. The total sum of the first assessed 11 assets amounted to UAH 679.2 million.

The ARMA press service reports this, Ukrinform reports.

“The National Agency, out of curiosity and asset management (ARMA), rejected the results of the assessment of an independent assessor, selected in competitive ambushes, after part of the arrest of the Russian general Valery Kapashin near Poltava. The hidden amount of the first assessments 11 assets totaled UAH 679.2 million. Among the assessed assets is a restaurant and hotel complex (restaurant, bar with terrace and summer terrace, snack bar, apartments) with an area of 2817.8 sq.m. at the address: metro station Poltava, Maidan Soborniy, 2. (asset value: 241 million UAH), with a land plot of 0.3795 hectares on which the complex has been developed (asset value: UAH 13 million),” according to the source.

Also on the list is a huge booth with an area of 3295.3 sq.m at the address: Poltava metro station, st. Komsomolska, 36 (asset value according to the assessment: 36.2 million UAH) from a land plot with an area of 0.1449 hectares, a shopping and office center with an underground parking was developed (asset value 4.3 million UAH), office center with an area of 2881.9 sq.m. at the address: Poltava metro station, st. Gogolya, 12 (asset value according to the estimate: 161.1 million UAH) and a plot of land with an area of 0.0766 hectares under this object at the same address (estimate: 2.6 million UAH) etc.

The press service says that regarding other assets of Kapashin transferred to the ARMA management, the work of the independent assessor is still concerned.

As it was reported, over 50 thousand square meters of non-living property, about 1000 square meters of residential property and thousands of hectares of land plots were transferred to the management agency.
