Ukraine hopes to extend the “trade free flow” with the EU until the end - Shmigal

Ukraine is engaged in dialogue with all its partners in the EU in order to continue the operation of the so-called Autonomous Trade Gates (ATPs) assigned by the European Union for trade with Ukraine, to be hired until the end of this period, and to preserve the security of trade regime between Ukraine and the EU until the establishment of a new bilateral trade area.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmigal said about this in Brussels during the press conference at the 10th party’s bags for the sake of the Ukraine-EU association.

Thus, according to an interviewed Ukrinform correspondent, the Ukrainian side intends to preserve the exact dynamics of trade with the EU, as the term of the best minds of trade for Ukraine, transferring ATZ, merges with the red rock.

“This food is extremely relevant in Ukraine, especially for small and medium-sized businesses, which today have new contracts with European partners. We have given great respect to this food, we have spoken on all levels about the need to continue autonomous trade visits, at least until the end of the day, in order to be able to make additional changes to the 29th article. The association also consolidates the ATZ, which allows us virtually unlimited trade. Today we are already integrated into the European market,” said Shmigal.

In this case, in his words, the Ukrainian side “even pragmatically” negotiates with European partners, protecting their interests and, therefore, its zeal for reliability.

“We have already issued a number of regulations (for export operations – ed.) to the Cabinet of Ministers, and their verification process is in progress. We are ready to work with our partners, with the European Commission, in order to preserve the zeal for cooperation that we have today, to continue it and further implement it to our satisfaction. We are very optimistic about this. Our partners can smell us, we understand the stench of Ukraine’s needs. We thank them for such an effective, constructive and deep understanding,” he said to the government of Ukraine.

As was reported, today Brussels held its 10th meeting for the sake of association between Ukraine and the EU under the leadership of the high representative of the EU from foreign countries safety policy Kay Kallas. The Ukrainian delegation was welcomed to this meeting by Prime Minister Denis Shmigal.

Recently, the parties signed 5 inter-regional agreements, which aim to facilitate economical cooperation between Ukraine and the EU and speed up the process of renewal of Ukraine.
