In December 2023, Ukrainians received the most in a year – 840 thousand transfers of cash assistance from international charitable organizations through Privatbank. This was reported by the bank's press service.

Total amount of financial assistance received Ukrainians with the help of the bank, in the last month of the year is equal to 100 million US dollars in equivalent.
The most – 807 thousand transfers with the help of the PrivatMoney transfer system. The bank also pays assistance through Western Union and MoneyGram funds transfer systems. Ukrainians receive more than 98% of transfers online to a Privatbank card.
