Cancellation of fees
It is noted that the cancellation of fees applies to the main Kyivstar TV packages: “Basic”, “Family”, “Premium HD”, “Charity”, “Start” , Basic 2020, Family 2020, Premium HD 2020, Value, Minimal 2019, Comfortable, Optimal, Comfortable, and Maximum HD.
“Users do not need to take additional actions to ensure that the recurring payment is not written off. Subscribers will be additionally informed by SMS about the fee cancellation,” the company emphasized.
