The temporary suspension of the license provides that non-banking institutions are prohibited from carrying out relevant activities before the NBU makes a decision to renew the license.
It is noted that the company’s license is considered temporarily suspended from the day the information is entered into the List of Territories, according to which the start date of the temporary occupation of the territory of its place of business is determined. The license can be renewed upon application by the institution within 90 calendar days after the end of the occupation.
