The state-owned Privatbank put up for auction the rights to claim more than 80 thousand consumer loans provided to individuals without collateral, which were recognized as bad and written off from the accumulated reserves. This is reported on the bank's website.

What does the portfolio include?
“This portfolio includes more than 80 thousand consumer loans provided to individuals without collateral, which were recognized as bad and written off due to the created reserves. Excluded from the portfolio for sale are loans for which the debtors are military personnel who have been mobilized, according to information available at Privatbank,” the message says.
The total debt on these loans is UAH 501.4 million. This is the initial (starting) price of the lot.
You can purchase the right to claim on loans on the platform of the electronic trading system of the Ministry of Justice OpenMarket of the State Enterprise “SETAM”.
The sale of debt will be carried out through electronic trading, consisting of an automatic step-by-step reduction of the initial (starting) price of the lot, the stages of submitting closed price bids and a price offer. The minimum selling price of a lot is 2.1 (two point one)% of the initial (starting) price of the lot.
Privatbank invites professional market participants involved in debt collection to the auction. These are financial institutions that have a valid license to provide funds for loans and/or factoring services.
