The National Bank of Ukraine has not received packages of documents from potential buyers of state-owned Sense Bank and Ukrgasbank. This is reported by the email with a link to the regulator's response.

“After acquisition by the state 100% of shares in the authorized capital of SENS BANK JSC in July 2023, the NBU did not receive packages of documents about the intentions of potential investors to take a significant participation in this bank,” the National Bank reported.
It also added that did not receive documents from potential investors who intend to acquire Ukrgasbank.
At the same time, according to the publication, large foreign banking groups were really interested in the privatization of Ukrgasbank and Sense Bank. And although this intention remains unformalized, the Ministry of Finance has already begun to prepare these banks for potential privatization. In particular, they have already begun to look for investment advisers necessary for the sale of banks.
