Japan's financial assistance to Ukraine exceeded $4.5 billion – Japan ranks 4th among Ukraine's partners in terms of the amount of budget support provided. Prime Minister Denis Shmygal stated this at a government meeting.

“Speaking of the support of our partners, I would also like to thank Japan for the almost $400 million that arrived at the end of last month in state budget of Ukraine.
Today, financial assistance from Japan has already exceeded $4.5 billion. Japan now ranks 4th among our partners in terms of the amount of budget support provided,” the Prime Minister said.

Shmygal added that This month, the Ukrainian government delegation will visit Tokyo, where the Japanese-Ukrainian Conference on Recovery and Economic Growth will take place.
