International delivery of driving licenses is now available in Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Belgium and Switzerland – in general, Ukrainians can use this service in 22 European countries.

International delivery
The ministry recalled that international delivery of driver’s licenses was launched almost 4 months ago. To date, more than 3,500 citizens have already used the service. The largest number of orders is in Poland – about 70%.
This service is relevant for those persons who want to exchange their identity card received for the first time for 2 years, have lost or damaged or changed personal data.
To order international delivery, you must log into the Driver's Account. Next, log in and perform the following actions:
- indicate the reason for exchanging the identity; select international delivery; enter the order receiving address; pay for the service.
Then the application for exchange is sent to the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and is processed by the administrator. The produced driver's license is collected by the State Enterprise “INFOTECH” and transferred to “Ukrposhta”. The postal operator sends the finished document abroad to the specified address. International delivery takes approximately 15 days.
