Ciklum, a global IT outsourcing company with Ukrainian roots, announced the acquisition of Infogen, an American developer of digital solutions. The company's press service reported this to AIN.UA.

What we know
With this agreement, Ciklum plans to accelerate its development in the North American market, strengthen its expertise in developing leading digital products, and expand its geographic presence.< /p>
Ciklum now has more than 4,000 developers and specialists, the Infogen team is about 350 people.
Infogen, which has its main base in the western United States, will bring to Ciklum experience in developing solutions for retail and financial industry. In particular, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies.
This agreement is part of Ciklum’s strategic development plan, which provides for further strengthening of their role in the global digital innovation market.
Ciklum is one of the largest IT businesses in Ukraine in terms of revenue.
