The National Bank of Ukraine set the official hryvnia exchange rate on March 18, 2024 at 38.7998 UAH/$ – a new maximum value. In comparison with the previous banking day (March 15), the NBU reduced the hryvnia exchange rate by 11 kopecks.

It should be noted that the previous maximum of the hryvnia exchange rate to the dollar was recorded on Thursday, March 14 – 38.7878 UAH/$.
On March 18, the NBU set the official euro exchange rate at UAH 42.24. The European currency fell by 4 kopecks.
