The postage stamp depicts the building of the Akhtyrsky City Council destroyed as a result of an enemy attack.
Circulation of the stamp — 1,080,000 copies.
The author of the postal block, envelopes and stamp “First Day” is the artist Vladimir Taran .

According to the head of Ukrposhta Igor Smilyansky, this stamp is included in the subscription and its owners will receive a notification about the opportunity to purchase, including exclusive products, today until 12:00.
“On March 27, we will present this brand officially and, of course, in Akhtyrka itself,” he said.
