From April 1, Privatbank will begin to provide guarantees to Ukrainian importers of products from Sweden through the Swedish Export Credit Agency (EKN). This was reported by the press service of the state bank.

What is known
Companies importing goods from Sweden, if necessary, will be able to obtain a letter of credit or guarantees from Privatbank with risk insurance by the Swedish Export Credit Agency, Privatbank clarifies.
< p>In early October, the Swedish government decided to allocate $299.7 million for special export credit guarantees for companies trading with Ukraine.
The guarantees will be covered by ECA. They will apply to exports of Swedish companies to Ukrainian importers.
The policies will be issued for the export of goods that can be classified as development assistance, and will apply to transactions for a maximum of three years, but no later than the end of 2026 .
Special export credit guarantees make investing in Ukraine easier and less risky for Swedish companies.
