The Ukrainian airline SkyUp signed an agreement with the Hungarian Wizz Air, which provides for the involvement of three SkyUp aircraft on ACMI terms: together with teams and technical specialists. The contract was signed for the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. This was reported by the air carrier's press service.

“The development of transportation under ACMI contracts is a central component of our development strategy. Signing a contract with Wizz Air is an important stage for us, because we already have positive experience of cooperation with this air carrier,” said SkyUp CEO Dmitry Seroukhov.
SkyUp recalled that after the start of a full-scale invasion in 2022 the development of a new line of activity began – operating flights for other airlines under the terms of ACMI contracts.
The list of air carriers with which SkyUp has already collaborated includes Tunisair, FlyOne, HiSky SRL, HiSky Europe SRL, Wizz Air Malta , Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, Corendon Dutch, Tailwind Airlines and FlyEgypt.
