In January – March 2024, 112.7 billion UAH were allocated from the state budget for social payments, of which 37.4 billion UAH were allocated in March. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

Which social payments did the funds go to?
It is noted that from the state budget in January – March 2024 the following was allocated:
- to financial support for the payment of pensions, bonuses and increases to pensions assigned under pension programs and the deficit of the Pension Fund – UAH 66 billion; for social protection of citizens who find themselves in difficult life circumstances – UAH 21.5 billion; in support of low-income families – UAH 3.6 billion; providing benefits and housing subsidies to citizens – UAH 15.1 billion; for social protection of children and families – UAH 5.9 billion; for social protection of persons with disabilities – UAH 0.6 billion.
