Last week, Forbes Ukraine published a study “TOP 50 best employers in Ukraine 2024”, conducted jointly with the online job search platform Robota.ua. According to the results of the study, FUIB was recognized as the best employer among financial institutions in Ukraine. In the overall rating, FUIB entered the TOP 15 among all domestic companies. This is already the third triumph of FUIB as the best employer in the financial sector of Ukraine. The bank received a similar award from Forbes based on its results for 2023 and 2022.
All companies participating in the study were evaluated by a distinguished jury in 10 categories. Among them were: employer brand, working conditions, benefits package, fair remuneration, contribution to victory, sense of protection, information openness, opportunities for development and equality. This year, the study organizers received 41,875 questionnaires from employees of more than 200 companies.
According to the results of the study, FUIB received 76 points. This was facilitated by the fact that during 2023, FUIB invested more than UAH 53 million in employee support. This includes additional payments to employees of departments working in the “red zone”, and financial assistance to employees in the event of the death of relatives or damage to housing due to hostilities, and payments when mobilizing employees to purchase military equipment. FUIB provided assistance with employment to employees forced to leave occupied or front-line territories and always provided the opportunity to change their career vector within the bank. Last year, the bank also opened a new digital office in Kyiv, using smart home technology in a coworking format. Humanity as the basis of corporate culture and systemic support of the team allows FUIB to remain a leader among the employer banks in Ukraine from year to year.
