The number of participants in the non-banking financial market in July decreased to 963 (from 990 in June). At the same time, the number of banks remained unchanged – 62 banks continue to operate, the National Bank of Ukraine reports.

In particular, as of July 31, the following were operating in the non-bank market:
- 537 financial companies (previously 548); 69 non-life insurers (was 78), 12 life insurers (unchanged), one insurer with special status; 114 pawnshops (was 116); 114 credit unions (was 120); 1 lessor (unchanged); 40 insurance brokers (unchanged); 75 collection companies (was 74).
At the same time, the following are operating in the market of financial payment service providers:
- ️18 payment institutions (was 20), ️12 financial institutions authorized to provide payment services (unchanged); ️one bank — an issuer of electronic money (unchanged); ️one postal operator (unchanged). At the same time, the number of banking and non-banking financial groups did not change over the month. There are 18 and 30 of them recognized on the market, respectively.
