The National Bank of Ukraine has revoked the license of the insurance company Alfa-Garant since March 13, 2025. In addition, the regulator has introduced a temporary administration of the company. This was reported by the press service of the NBU.

The decision was made based on the results of a scheduled inspection in September-November 2024 and the establishment of the fact that Alfa-Garant Insurance Company was carrying out risky activities.
According to the NBU, the insurer was found to have insufficient technical reserves, and data on contracts and other primary documents was missing or distorted.
IC Alfa-Garant has been operating in the Ukrainian insurance market since November 2003.
