Let us recall

“Minfin” wrote that at the end of November 2024, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed Law No. 11416-d on a “historic” increase in taxes, in particular the military tax.

The tax changes came into effect on January 1, 2025.

How taxes have changed

The military tax was raised from 1.5 to 5%. The exception is the military, for whom the tax remained unchanged. The military tax for sole proprietors is for single tax payers of groups I, II and IV in the amount of 10% per minimum monthly salary. The military tax is 1% of income for single tax payers of group III (sole proprietors and legal entities).
