On March 25, the Ministry of Finance attracted UAH 15.02 billion equivalent to the state budget at an auction to place domestic government loan bonds (DGLB), which is UAH 2.13 billion less than last week — UAH 17.15 billion. This is evidenced by the ministry's data.

What was offered to investors
The Ministry of Finance traditionally offered investors hryvnia military bonds:
- UAH 4.69 billion at 16.35% with maturity on June 24, 2026 (last week the average weighted yield was 16.35%); UAH 1.97 billion at 17.45% with maturity on June 9, 2027 (last week the average weighted yield was 17.45%).
In foreign currency:
- $200.77 million at 3.24% due February 26, 2026.

War bonds are an investment instrument to support the state budget, available to citizens, businesses and foreign investors.
Funds from bonds attracted to the state budget of Ukraine are used to ensure the uninterrupted provision of the financial needs of the state under martial law – social and defense.
