You can now obtain an extract from the Register of Damaged and Destroyed Property (RDDP) yourself via the Diya app. Previously, you had to contact your local government to do this. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Community and Territory Development.

Details
The extract received in the application will be considered a verified source of information about housing damaged due to military action.
“This document can be used when calculating benefits for paying utility bills, insurance services and social payments. Another case is applying for support programs from charitable foundations or businesses that provide additional assistance to the affected population. Also, an extract may be required to terminate the right of ownership of destroyed housing when selling a housing certificate,” the report says.
How to get an extract
To obtain an extract in the Diya application, you need to open the “eVidnovlennia” section and select the “Extract from RPSM” service.
In particular, you can get two types of lifts:
- About damaged or destroyed property that is in your possession; About an application for payment under the “Restoration” program.
The lift contains information about the extent of damage to the object and a description of the work required to restore it.
The finished lift is valid for 24 hours.
