The Command of the Ground Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces plans to expand the circle of those who can be called up for military service upon mobilization. The head of personnel management at the headquarters of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Roman Gorbach, said that the military had identified three categories of such citizens for mobilization.
It is worth noting that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valeriy Zaluzhny, previously announced such intentions. The Armed Forces of Ukraine listed the following categories:
— citizens who were previously removed from military registration before 2015 and were not reinstated on it, in accordance with changes in the legislation of Ukraine;
— citizens whose deferment from conscription for military service upon mobilization has expired;
— citizens who have reached the age of 27, but were not registered as liable for military service due to evasion of military duty.
