Mobilizations in one of the regions of Ukraine intensified: what is now allowed by the TCC

In the territory of the Dneprovsky and Sinelnikovsky districts of the Dnepropetrovsk region, additional martial law measures were introduced.

In particular, employees of the TCC SP were given the right to check documents and inspect the belongings of citizens.

Joint order No. 137/0/13-23/4916/189/442 was issued by the Dnepropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the Operational Group of Troops «Kharkov», the Operational Group of Troops «Kherson» and the Operational Group of Troops «Zaporozhye».

The document says that in the Dnepropetrovsk region:

— established, for the duration of the legal regime of martial law, a special regime of entry and exit, restriction of freedom of movement of citizens, foreigners and stateless persons, as well as the movement of vehicles;

— verification of documents and inspection of things from persons has been introduced in the manner determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 29, 2021 No. 1456.

— the right to check documents and inspect people's belongings was granted to military personnel of territorial recruitment and social support centers.

The order also created a commandant's office in the Sinelnikovsky district.

We recall that it was previously reported that in the coming days: Kostenko announced the date of the decision on the mobilization bill.
