This information was reported by the Associated Press, URA-Inform reports.

Kim Jong-un stated the need to include South Korea in the constitution as «hostile country No. 1» and eliminate the departments responsible for “dialogue and cooperation with the South.”

He also called for rewriting the DPRK constitution to eliminate the idea of a common statehood between countries divided by war. The new constitution should state that North Korea will seek to «occupy, enslave and reclaim» South Korea as part of the North's territory if a new war breaks out on the Korean Peninsula.

The statement of the Supreme People's Assembly says that the two Koreas are now in «acute confrontation» and that it would be a serious mistake on the part of the «North to regard the South as a partner in diplomacy».

«Peaceful Reunification Committee countries, the National Bureau of Economic Cooperation and the Office of International Tourism — the tools that existed for dialogue, negotiation and cooperation between North and South are being abolished», — stated the assembly participants.

We recall that it was previously reported that the United States and Great Britain threatened military strikes: the media found out who decided to act.
