This information was reported by Denis Bashlik, URA-Inform reports.

In Ukraine, after January 1, 2025, all unclaimed land plots are recognized as ownerless.

Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization Denis Bashlyk said that these areas will be transferred into the communal property of the community on the territory of which they are located.

“According to parts four and five of Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the procedure for allocating land plots to owners of land shares (shares)”, if before January 1 2025, the owner of an unclaimed land share (share) or his heir has not registered ownership of the land plot, he is considered to have refused to receive the land plot,” — he noted.

Bashlyk noted that those citizens who have certificates for a land share or share that have not been replaced with an extract from the Register of Rights to Ownership of a land plot need to register ownership.

We recall that it was previously reported whether Ukrainians will be fined for violating the curfew: the Verkhovna Rada has made a decision.
