«Of course, the faster the Ukrainian Armed Forces have the necessary combat capabilities and certain capabilities to destroy enemy infrastructure, the faster we will win», — he said.
According to him, if Ukraine had such a right, the war would «unfold differently». Neizhpapa also stressed that his Navy would be happy to take custody of two British warships that would be withdrawn early due to a shortage of sailors.
«We must be able to ensure that Russia forever abandons the idea of even looking towards Ukraine, including at sea… Putin behaves like a petty gangster who knows that if he is answered blow after blow, he will not start a fight», — summarized the commander of the Naval Forces.
