The Crime Index is published twice a year and indicates the level of crime. In particular, it takes into account the number of thefts, vandalism, armed attacks, car thefts, as well as the level of corruption and drug trafficking in 127 cities.
The main source of information for the assessment was reviews from residents of these countries and tourists who they were visited.
Numbeo clarified that a crime index below 20 indicates extremely isolated cases of street crime in the country, an index from 20 to 40 — low crime rate, from 40 to 60 — moderate, from 60 to 80 — high, and from 80 to 100 — maximum likelihood of becoming a victim of a crime.
Over the past six months, among 127 European cities, Dnepr has become the most criminal city in Eastern Europe.
Odessa took second place, followed by Minsk (Belarus), Constanta (Romania), Kharkov, Kraevaya (Romania), Russian Novosibirsk, Kiev, Chisinau (Moldova) and Sofia (Bulgaria). The last on the list was the city of Cluj-Napoca in Romania.
Recall that it was previously reported that they want to commit crimes against the Ukrainian government attack: the media found out who intends to do this.
