Specialists from the analytical agency Avtostat conducted a survey among more than three thousand people and found out what options motorists would be willing to give up when buying a car.
The majority of respondents (70%) decided that the most useless feature in the car is the electric tailgate. In second place are all-round cameras; they were not needed by 59.5% of respondents. 58.4% of motorists would be willing to give up a heated steering wheel.
Also included in the top five anti-rating of options were parking assistance systems, cruise control and a hill start assist system, which almost 57% would do without. respondents.
55% could drive without adaptive headlights, and 54% without a central armrest. Almost every second person is ready to give up the immobilizer and heating of windshield washer nozzles (51.4% and 51.3%, respectively).
