Getmantsev reported this information in his Telegram, reports URA-Inform.
According to this proposal, the NBU seeks to establish maximum amounts for money transfers made through self-service terminals, as well as using bank card details.
In addition, a proposal is being introduced to introduce limits on the frequency of such transfers. The proposal is aimed at combating miscoding and shadow financial transactions that may pose a threat to the country's financial stability.
No specific restrictions have been set yet, but discussions on this issue continue. Getmantsev instructed the relevant subcommittee to prepare the necessary changes to the legislation together with the NBU.
He noted that restrictions will only be applied during martial law, and changes to the legislation will be developed jointly with the National Bank.
