Former freelance adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich was spotted in one of the most expensive cities in the world – Monaco. Published footage shows him walking in the company of an unknown man in the Monte Carlo area.< /p>
When Arestovich noticed that he was being filmed, he showed a sign of victory towards the journalist, but after a few seconds he began to insist that “filming without permission is prohibited.” At the same time, journalists do not indicate the date when this video was filmed.
It is worth noting that Alexey Arestovich has been outside of Ukraine since the fall of 2023 and has not disclosed information on what grounds he left the state during martial law.
