Member of the Committee on National Security and MP from «Fatherland» Vadim Ivchenko told us under what conditions draft evaders will be put on the wanted list.

He said that a proposal was being discussed at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, which would involve putting evaders on the wanted list if they ignored the summons three times and did not appear at the TCC.
During the telethon, Vadim Ivchenko emphasized that those liable for military service who missed three summonses and did not appear at the military registration and enlistment office may not only be fined, but also put on the wanted list.
«If a person does not come three times, he may be put on the wanted list. This will require a court decision. Such a proposal was submitted to the government, it will be considered by parliamentarians of the law enforcement committee,” Ivchenko said about the new mobilization initiative.
Ivchenko also informed about changes in the bill on mobilization in Ukraine, specifying that proposals to block accounts and limit the use of transport for draft dodgers were excluded from it.
According to the people's deputy, blocking of accounts for draft dodgers can be carried out without new amendments thanks to the current regulatory legal acts of the National bank».
