According to the latest source, details of agreements between the United States and Russia on strategic stability as part of an initiative proposed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to achieve peace in Ukraine, became known.

“Our insider in the Office of the President was able to share a draft joint statement between the United States, Ukraine, Russia and Turkey. Then a list and photo of the document were presented, which indicated the following points and agreements:
- will resume bilateral consultations on issues important to the international community, including control over strategic and nuclear weapons;
- commit not to use or threaten to use weapons of mass destruction and not to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries;
- by the end of 2024, they will jointly develop and submit to the UN a draft Convention on the responsibility of states and their representatives for interference in the internal affairs of other countries;
- by the same date they will submit a draft UN Convention on the Reduction of Poverty and the Prevention of Mass Migration;
- by the end of 2024, they will jointly develop and submit to the UN a draft Convention on improving the Global Environment Facility.
