In March, the Ukrainian army set a new record for the last two years of war, destroying 1,546 Russian military vehicles on the front line.
Military expert Alexander Kovalenko reports this in his Telegram channel, reports URA-Inform.
“This month broke all records, becoming the absolute leader in the number of destroyed enemy vehicles . 1,546 units”, — he notes.
According to the expert, such a high figure is explained by the fact that the Russian military is increasingly using unarmored civilian vehicles not for their intended purpose, but during combat operations on the front line. The lack of armored vehicles leads to the massive use of unprotected vehicles instead of tanks and armored vehicles, which leads to a phenomenal increase in losses among this category of military equipment.
Social networks also note that the lack of armor on vehicles means that the crews either die or are seriously injured during attacks.
