The head of the OP of Ukraine, Mikhail Podolyak, noted that all statements by American officials against Ukraine’s attacks on Russian oil refineries — these are internal discussions regarding US interests.

At the same time, he emphasized that they are not ultimatum proposals to our country. Podolyak recalled that Ukraine is waging a defensive war and has every right to destroy the entire infrastructure of the aggressor’s war.
«Ukraine not only has the right, but practically the obligation to destroy the war infrastructure. That is, in order to get positive results in the war, Ukraine needs to destroy Russian infrastructure. Oil refineries — this is directly military infrastructure», — emphasized the Advisor to the Head of the President's Office.
He clarified that all «Carcasses» and «MiGi» are provided with the fuel produced at Russian oil refineries. And in order to secure its territory, Ukraine needs to destroy such objects.
«Will Ukraine destroy them? Definitely», — Podolyak emphasized.
He added that the argument about the impact of Ukrainian attacks on the global market — rave. Russia sells a small amount of its crude oil, which does not affect pricing.
& #171;If you do not have refining, then on the contrary you will increase sales of crude oil volumes on the global market», — he said.
Podolyak clarified that prices on the global market are affected by the Hussite attacks, as well as the position of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
