Representatives of the Azov battalion expressed criticism regarding the plans of the Ministry of Defense to introduce training for gender instructors for the army, believing that such the initiative is inappropriate in the current situation.
This information was reported by the Telegram channel “Country Politics”, reports URA-Inform.
Maxim Zhorin, deputy commander of the 3rd separate assault battalion (based on the veterans of the Azov battalion), expressed the opinion that at the moment such ideas do not make sense.
“Today Ukraine faces the threat of new aggression from the Russian armed forces, which could affect the cities of Kyiv, Kharkov and Odessa. However, instead of focusing on defense preparations, resources are being diverted to questionable initiatives. I am convinced that these funds could be more effectively used not for training gender instructors, but, for example, for the development of grant programs,” — Zhorin noted in his Telegram channel.
As previously reported, the Pentagon made a loud statement about the war in Ukraine: “The situation is terrible.”
