It has become known that from May 1, new rules regarding pension payments will come into force for some Ukrainians, which will give them significant relief .

These changes will affect citizens over 70 years of age and receiving a pension of less than 10,340, 35 hryvnia. It is important to note that the amount of additional allowances will depend on the age of the pensioner, which represents a significant step in improving the social well-being of the population.
Thus, according to the innovations:
- pensioners over 70 up to 74 years of age, an additional 300 hryvnia will be accrued;
- citizens aged 75 to 79 years, pension payments will increase by 456 hryvnia;
- pensioners over 80 years of age will receive an additional 570 hryvnia to their pension.
These changes reflect the state's desire to improve social security for older people and create more comfortable conditions for their lives.
