The German publication WELT published a secret agreement that could end the war in Ukraine in 2022.
Welt reported this information, URA-Inform reports.
It is noted that on April 15, 2022 there could be a peaceful solution. The conditions for ending the war were spelled out in a 17-page agreement, which was agreed upon by Kyiv and Moscow.
According to this document, Ukraine had to undertake:
— renounce any membership in the military alliance;
— renounce the production and receipt of nuclear weapons, do not allow foreign troops into the country and do not allow weapons to pass through;
— not to provide its infrastructure, including airfields and seaports, to other countries.
In turn, the Russian Federation promised in response:
— no more attacks on Ukraine;
— in the event of an «attack on Ukraine» guarantor countries undertake to support Ukraine within 3 days. The Russian Federation was not against guarantees of Ukraine's security from other countries.
The occupied parts of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions would partially remain with Russia. Crimea and the port of Sevastopol were excluded from security guarantees, which would actually transfer control over the peninsula to the Russian Federation.
The guarantors of Ukraine, as conceived by the authors of the project, were China, the USA, France, Great Britain, Turkey, Belarus and Russia. The Russian Federation was ready to resort to such a peace, but Ukraine rejected it, journalists write. The Ukrainian authorities demanded a return to the 1991 borders.
We recall that it was previously reported that Budanov admitted what fate awaits him: the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate explained why there are rumors about death.
