The doctor said that every day you need to look at images called “Gabor spots” for 3 minutes. They optimally stimulate the part of the brain responsible for vision, and are “the only method in the world whose effectiveness has been scientifically proven.”
That is, you need to look at templates with drawings every day in which you need look for differences. This technique will only take 3 minutes to complete, but after two weeks you will already see the result. According to the specialist, noticeable improvements in visual acuity occur after a month.
The doctor also recommends adding spinach to your diet for vision. This product, as American researchers have found, contains many vitamins and substances, in particular zeaxanthin. This pigment reduces the risk of developing age-related macular degeneration, leading to blurred vision, and also prevents cataracts.
