People's Deputy from «Servants of the People» Alexander Fedienko said that those liable for military service in Ukraine will be able to update their credentials in the TCC without a fine even after July 16.

According to Fedienko, all those liable for military service who have not updated their data before July 16 automatically become draft evaders who are subject to penalties, but there is a nuance.
«I want to emphasize that the TCC must carry out appropriate legal procedural actions with every citizen liable for military service», — the people's choice emphasized.
At the same time, Alexander Fedienko noted that those who were unable to come and update the data in the TCC and SP before July 16 will be able to do so in the future. According to him, in this case, the administrative code provides that such people will not be subject to an administrative fine, since they independently eliminated such an offense.
