Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Ekaterina Chernogorenko explained that citizens of Ukraine who have traveled abroad have the same rights and responsibilities as other Ukrainians.
Ekaterina Chernogorenko reported this information, reports URA-Inform.< /p>
Therefore, the official noted, Ukrainians in other countries who do not update the data for the TCC through the «Reserve+» application will also be fined.
According to her, it will be more difficult to implement sanctions for Ukrainians abroad. “Unfortunately, there is no clear tool on how to implement this. Because a resolution on an administrative offense is created, a person must accept the resolution, he must pay a fine,” she said.
“There can be no distinction here. It is still the same – administrative responsibility. It will just be a little more difficult for the state to implement this. Considering that people were forced to leave their country,” she said.
On the same day, Chernogorenko announced that the “Reserve+” application is available for use in 176 countries.
«Even in Antarctica, if you have a business trip, you can renew. It's convenient,— she said.
Recall that earlier it was reported that Ukraine was offered to mobilize 18-year-olds: it became known who made the offer.
