Previously, Hanumak stated on social networks that he left the country legally, because he has asthma. Subsequently, the showman deleted the post with an explanation, since mild asthma is not a reason for a delay in mobilization.
The comedian admitted that he left Ukraine during the war and is now in the United States next to his son. The 34-year-old actor added that he is ready to be a “traitor” in the eyes of his compatriots.
Journalists revealed details of the departure to the United States of the scandalous actor of the Kvartal 95 studio, Ruslan Khanumak. It turns out that the artist left the territory of Ukraine in the first ten days of May, crossing the border in the city of Vilok on the Ukrainian-Hungarian section.
Studio “Kvartal 95” published an official reaction to the departure of comedian Ruslan Khanumak from Ukraine, since they had previously collaborated. The company explained that it used the services of the controversial Ukrainian before the full-scale war, but did not hire him as a staff member. “Kvartalovtsy” asked not to call the artist, who went to the USA to visit his son, a “star” of the studio, and even more so its actor.
“Regarding the act of Ruslan Khanumak, the news of which spread throughout 3MI. We would like to note that Ruslan Khanumak has never been a full-time employee of Kvartal 95 Studio. The studio previously collaborated with Ruslan as a screenwriter, director and actor only under the terms of contract agreements,” — says the company's statement.
As the comedians explained, all full-time employees are in Ukraine, and since 2021, Kvartal 95 has no civil law or labor relations with Hanumak.
